During the Winter water from an underground spring on Maple Ave freezes. When the ice melts water still percolates from the ground and driving on Maple Ave becomes very difficult. The roadway becomes soft and slippery. Gravel was delivered and spread. Now the gravel allows the spring water to pass through while also providing a sound riding surface.

Kerline Romul
Our deepest condolences are extended to the family of Kerline Romul on her passing. Interment was at Woodland Cemetery on 4-23-2020 with a private graveside service attended by her family and friends. Masks were work and social distancing observed. Funeral arrangements were provided by Halpin-Ditecola Brookdale Funeral Home of Bloomfield, NJ.
