Section “HI” jacking a headstone

The resetting of headstones this day started by jacking level a leaning headstone destine to soon fall. Using a finger jack and genuine “Woodland” bricks the monument was jacked just past plumb, then bricks rammed under the base to stabilize the stone. When the jack was released, the weight of the stone would compress the soil under the bricks resetting the stone to plumb. The area around the base will be filled and graded with soil in a follow up operation. This work is funded by $100 in donations. Thank You.
