On Saturday, November 9, 2024, a memorial service was held at Woodland Cemetery in honor of four Vietnam Veterans buried in Woodland Cemetery. Two graves were unmarked. Michael Perrone of the Bellville Historical Society has been leading the cause to mark all Vietnam Veteran graves in Essex County with headstones by next year in recognition of the end of the War.
