Amy DeLuca who studied architecture in college and works in NYC restoring historic buildings wandered into Woodland Cemetery one day last week and was instantly enthralled by the visual history of our cemetery. Fascinated with the gatehouse and by reading the many many old headstones, Amy reached out to us and quickly volunteered to be involved by offering too clean and document/read old (especially) marble headstones. Amy has accepted the volunteer position as advisor to the Board of Managers and is shown here at the Vaeth Monument in Section S, Plot 41 her first project. Welcome aboard.
