Benie Moses (L) and George Eckles from Georgia drove up to visit the grave of Virginia Moses Whitfield his sister located in Section 1800 Row P Grave 12 on the cemetery edge. Benie had many kind words complementing the current cut condition of the maintained area https://woodlandcemeterynnj.org/2021/11/25/final-cut/. Kim Barnes daughter of Benie joined later on.

Final Cut
The following photos show our final cut for the season in the maintained area. In sections 1, Q, Y and Blocks 1 & 2 the current work of pulling vegetation, leveling depressions and resetting headstones can be seen in various stages of progress including finished. This restoration process has become repetitious and time consuming, but progress can be seen.
