Erwin Strebinger was a boy when he died and was buried in Woodland Cemetery. His father was born in New Jersey, but his grandparents were from Germany. Charles Strebinger, young Erwin’s father, was a master plumber who lived with his family for many years at 408 Morris Ave. in Newark, right next to his plumbing business and not far from Woodland. The parents later moved to Union. Research by Guy Sterling.
