Our deepest condolences are extended to the family of Annie Ballard on her passing. Interment was a Woodland Cemetery on March 17, 2021 with a private graveside service attended by family and friends. Funeral arrangements were provided by Heritage Memorial Chapel of Brooklyn, NY.
