By planning the moves of the excavator lifting machine and over all operation using slings and hand tools, 25 headstones were reset in one very busy day. Work started in Section Y then moved to nearby Section M. Some of these stones were reported down in a 1960 newspaper article. The depressions from the downed stones have since been levelled with dirt and mother nature has help clean the stones and the cement work. All looks great.
